Vanilla Ice Cream recipe | Homemade Eggless Vanilla Ice Cream ( without machine)

Rich, creamy and incredibly smooth vanilla ice cream. No cook,  just whisk and freeze recipe.
If you have tried almost all the flavors of ice cream and waiting for something new then come back to vanilla!

When taste is your priority and think vanilla is a plain flavor like me then please try this recipe at least once.It will definitely change your opinion about this underestimated ice cream.
Whole and heavy dairy only works best in this recipe so if you tweak it will show in the texture. I would say come on... for once please try the real thing that does not tie you up with numbers and percentages :)

If you have older kids at home too old to drink a glass milk :) or saying "I am bored"  then this is an excellent project to involve them for summer vacation they would love to do, unlike the mundane tasks :). If not anything I am always ready to inspire my child to try recipes and cook more and rely less on store bought or fancy gadgets.
I always thought vanilla ice cream is available everywhere so why bother to make but then my teen wanted to help me in the kitchen and so we decided on this homemade, eggless one she saw on youtube made by another teen :).
Homemade has so much flavor and  fresh aroma of vanilla. True these beauties melt faster as they have no additives to hold its shape for long.
Here is a   MANGO  ICE CREAM  recipe we tried last summer, another favorite of ours.

Vanilla ice cream recipe:

Ingredients:
Whole milk-1 1/2 cups
Milk powder- 1/3 cup
Heavy whipping cream- 1 cup
Melted white milk chocolate (chips)-1/3 cup
Powdered sugar-1/4 cup
Vanilla bean -1 (cut open the bean and scrape the seeds and add ) or Pure vanilla essence/extract - 2 tsp

Method:
Mix everything together  and whisk well with fork/ whisk. I use fork. Freeze for two hours then take it out beat again do this every few hours (2-3 times, this is done to break the ice crystal formation) and return to freezer leave it overnight till it sets. Then scoop and enjoy with fruit or as ice cream sundae ( chocolate and caramel drizzled, with whipped cream and maraschino cherry).

Hope you guys liked it.
