Fruit Sandwich

Fruit Sandwich is inspired by the popular Japanese snack.
If you are tired of the regular savory sandwich let me suggest this sweet one for a change. The adults esp women :) will be pleasantly surprised and kids will definitely go for it again.

Ingredients:
Cream Cheese- 4 oz
Heavy Cream - 1-2 tbsp
Powdered sugar/ Confectioners sugar - 1 tbsp (or as per taste)
Bread slices - 4  (Use thicker slices)
Fruits used :
Strawberry 3-4
Kiwi - 1
Mango -1/4

Method:
Bring the cream cheese to room temperature. Whisk to smooth texture add heavy cream to make it slightly fluid (not runny) whipped cream consistency.
Mix the sugar well.
Cut firm fruits into thin slices and keep it ready.
Apply a thick layer of cheese miture on the bread slices arrange the fruit on it, apply more cheese on fruits so it gets into the nooks.Keep the top slice.Neatly place it on a plate and cover the whole thing with cling wrap.
Refrigerate the sandwiches for two hours. Remove and slice the edges with a sharp serrated knife neatly and cut diagonally. Make sure the fruits are peeking.
Serve it immediately. Will stay good in room temperature for two to three hours.
Keep in cooler bags if using for picnics.

Note :Japanese fruit sandwich that I have seen has a thick layer of cream filling inside that looks prettier but I went with a thin layer version
